They have been partnering with RTO and TAFE providers since 2014, delivering bespoke learning and assessment resources, instructional design, industry partnership and consulting services.

The Position

A full-time vacancy exists, for an employment consultant who wants a new and varied challenge, who is driven to build lasting relationships and meet and exceed targets with both external clients and job seekers. You will be working with jobseekers, employers, industry and support organisations to deliver tailored employment support services and to achieve sustainable employment placements. You will ideally have a background in building relationships with employers and referring partners to create opportunities for employment placements, student referrals and other training and employment services.

So if you are…

  • Qualified and/or experience in recruitment and/or employment services
  • Experienced in working with people experiencing barriers to employment
  • Have strong administration and project management skills
  • Have well developed software skills including CRM and LMS systems and MS Office – Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Hold a current Working with Children check and current clear National Police Check
