About the role

We are searching for an energetic and charismatic all-round Retail Professional to become an integral part of the salesfloor team. Your drive for success, exceptional interpersonal skills and knowledge of all areas office equipment, will allow you to create lasting relationships with customers that have them recommending and coming back to you time after time.

No day will be the same, dealing with anything from:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, both face to face and over the phone
  • Engaging with customers to match the perfect products to their needs
  • Processing customer orders and updating the database with relevant information
  • Receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Keeping clientele informed of upcoming products of interest
  • Managing financial transactions including processing payments
  • Contacting clients via phone to discuss their requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales setting
  • A passion for customer service and the ability to listen to and interpret a customers needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Drive to develop product knowledge across a range of areas
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals or KPI's
  • Tech savvy with strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Currently holding, or willing to undertake Police and Working with Children Checks
  • Current manual Driver's Licence
