We have an opportunity for a passionate Commis Chef to join the kitchen brigade in our beautiful Peaks Restaurant at the Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort in the heart of the Victorian high country.
You will have the opportunity to bring your love of good food & service to life, providing our guests a memorable experience to match their surroundings at our resort.
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Food preparation
• General operation within the kitchen
• Maintaining a clean & hygienic environment ensuring food safety standards are met
What we need from you:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Passion for food
• Customer driven focus
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of workplace, health & safety procedures & food safety standards
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, mornings and evenings.
