We are looking for a motivated professional who is seeking to grow and further develop their career with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.
Within ECEI we aim to have life-changing impacts for young children with developmental delays and/or disabilities and their families.
As reception/administrator you will support a diverse team of allied health and early childhood professionals who work across multiple sites. You will enjoy providing excellent customer service and be interested in learning and/or using a range of computer programs.
Key areas of accountability include providing appropriate and clear information to people with disability, their families, carers, services providers and other members of the community. Operate, update and maintain a client data information system, organise and prepare team meeting minutes and agendas, collate and collect data for required reporting.
To be successful, you will require;
- A current Working with Children Check
- Previous experience in data entry or administration
- Excellent communication skills
