This is a part time (0.8EFT) position based in Bairnsdale/Lakes (to be determined).
The purpose of the role is provide high quality administration support to the Waste and Resource Recovery team including providing office support to the Manager, Coordinators, Officers and Supervisors. Acting as the first point of contact for all enquires, assisting with data entry, report entry, schedule meetings, preparing agendas for meetings as well as taking minutes.
Other responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide a high level of customer service when dealing with general enquires and complaints from both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist the waste unit with data entry, collation and information management (e.g. tipsite downloads)
- Assist the unit with report preparation, customer enquiries and drafting interim responses.
- Assist with the reporting in accordance with the landfill levy payment system
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a current Police Check. Applicants for this position must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
